EOS LipBalm. Is it worth it?
We all have seen it, the "egg" lipbalm. These cool shaped lip balms are called "EOS". They come in the following flavors summer fruit, lemon drop, sweet mint, honeysuckle honeydew, and medicated tangerine. Its revolutionary packaging can have anyone wanting to buy it. Its basically an egg, a sphere is what the makers call it. No other lip balm has its shape, so indeed it is very different.
You walk through your drugstore, target or walmart and you walk by the eos lipbalm. Dont you want to buy it? Yes you do. Why? because it looks like no other, it looks cooler and better. You take a look at the flavors and you choose the flavor that you believe will suit you best. You buy it, take it home or even like me open it in the car because you are too excited to wait. Yay! You opened it and now you unscrew the lid and there like from heaven ( in your eyes of course) is the sphere lip balm. Waiting for you to use it. And then you use it...
The product packaging can indeed be deceiving. It is not very thick or moisturizing at least the first version. After the re-formulating it was better. In my opinion it is still not the best, it is moisturizing but not very thick and does not last long on the lips. The cool/great part about it is that it is 100% natural and 95% organic and NO Animal Testing! And if you want one they can now be easily found in stores or online.
My Conclusion- If you want to show off in front of your friends with your new and different lip balm that resembles something out of the earth buy the EOS. I am sure you will like it, as it is not the worst it is actually OK, but again not the best. It is nice because of the nice flavors and of course its shape. Think about it! :)
P.S If you bought yours a longer time ago, yours might be the"Un- reformulated" version, try purchasing the new and improved maybe you will like it better. I did! :)
